Scholarship
GCVA was formed in 1982 by individuals who wanted to provide artist opportunities to the community of Girdwood. We are proud to carry on this legacy and continue to foster an inclusive artistic environment supporting all artists from novice to experienced. Over the years, hundreds of artists have contributed to the continued success of GCVA. Additionally, we would not be where we are today without the support of generous community members, businesses, and organizations.
It is in this spirit of community support that we would like to give back and help others achieve their goals and aspirations. We will be awarding two scholarships for the 2025-26 academic school year. Eligible high school seniors and current college students are invited to apply by March 1, 2025.
